We guarantee complete customer satisfaction and our dedicated team to solve every problem – no matter how big or small it may be. Here are the core features of XDS Computer’s warranty.

Please Note

  • We cannot make any exceptions to the warranty services we offer, which are as described above.
  • One year is defined as 365 days (366 on a leap year), and no grace periods are permitted.
  • Collect and return and premium warranty services are only available for orders placed on the UK mainland.
  • RTB (Return to Base) warranty requires the consumer to return the goods to XDS Computers at their cost

Warranty Exclusions

  • Accidental Damage
  • Buyer-caused general wear and tear, misuse, or neglect
  • Any damage or problems caused by a third-party organisation or individual
  • Damage caused by inadequate packaging during warranty return
  • Improperly installed components / system
  • Parts or components not purchased from XDS Computers
  • Setting up, or installation of components / system
  • Overheating caused by excessive dirt or dust buildup
  • Data corruption / loss of data (or backing up of data)
  • Installation of 3rd party software or a software fault

Tech Support

When you buy a PC from XDS Computers, you get lifetime technical support for the hardware. This includes the installation of upgrades purchased through XDS Computers.

Please understand that our technical support is limited to hardware issues. While we make every effort to assist you in working with operating systems, you may need to obtain support through other channels for those issues. We are unable to provide a minimal level of support for any special order parts or upgrades not purchased from XDS, and we cannot support any parts not purchased directly from us.

Transfer of Warranty

When selling your XDS PC, the warranty does not transfer to the new owner without prior consent from XDS Computers. Systems sold to known resellers at the time of sale constitute consent for the transfer of the warranty and are notated in our records. If you wish to re-sell your system, you must contact our service department to inform us that it is no longer in your possession and provide the new owner’s contact information.
