At XDS Computers, we are dedicated to providing prompt delivery of our build-to-order computers and servers. Our aim is to offer you comprehensive details about our delivery process, ensuring transparency and clarity.

Our Schedule:

The delivery process comprises three phases: parts acquisition, assembly/testing, and shipping. While we maintain a substantial inventory of components, there may be occasions when specific items need to be ordered to complete a build. Once all the parts have arrived and your system reaches the forefront of our build queue, the assembly, installation, and testing procedures typically take approximately 3-4 days. We prioritize meticulous work to deliver products of the utmost quality.

Upon leaving our facility, the delivery timeframe hinges on the shipping method you select during the order placement. It is important to note that all shipments are fully insured, and in the rare event of shipping damage, XDS Computers will handle the entire claim process on your behalf. For security purposes, please be aware that a signature is required upon delivery for all packages.

Possible Delays:

There are two primary factors that can potentially cause delays in delivery: billing issues and backordered parts. The order process commences once the purchase transaction is successfully finalized, so any complications with your credit card or payment method may result in delays. Although these issues are typically minor, such as address discrepancies or security flags due to the transaction value, we strongly advise against last-minute order placement. Moreover, delays can occur if certain parts are on backorder. While we make every effort to anticipate and inform you of potential problems during the ordering process, unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to unexpected delays.

For international shipments, customs procedures can introduce additional delays that are beyond our control. We ensure compliance with all import requirements in the countries where we offer shipping, but there may be instances of prolonged inspections or other unforeseen hold-ups, even when all the necessary paperwork is in order. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
